Main Window in Search HQ

The Main window is where the Initial Setup for an event (e.g. a Search or a Sarex) is done.

Begin by creating a folder for storing all the files created for the event. Click New Event Folder  to create a folder with the suggested name (e.g. SX20041016). The name can be changed to something else first if required.

Next select your Start and Finish Airports for the SAR aircraft. Uncheck the same box  if the search aircraft will be returning to a different airport. If a required airport is not in the list, use the MapClick button, and click the airport location on the map in OziExplorer

You can now proceed to CSAD, CLA or ELT panels to create the required search patterns.
